The Clopay Garage Door Bottom Seal is designed specifically for Clopay brand garage doors with a single slot design. This high-quality seal is made of durable and insulating rubber material, ensuring a tight fit with your existing garage door when closed. Measuring 16 FT in length, the seal is 4” wide when laid flat and comes in a sleek black color. In order to fit the desired size of the garage door, the length is 2” minimum longer than the size ordered and can be easily cut to the appropriate length.

It's important to note that if your garage door is not a Clopay brand or does not have a single slot retainer, this bottom seal will not fit your garage door. To ensure a smooth installation process, applying lubricant to the track such as Lubriplate or WD40 is recommended. No screws or nails are needed, and the seal can be easily installed with two people, with one guiding the seal into the track and the other feeding the seal. The ends of the track can be lightly crimped to hold the seal in place.

In addition to fitting Clopay brand garage doors, this bottom seal is also a great alternative for Wayne Dalton 8000 and 9000 series foam core doors, as well as Overhead Door Models 70/180, and 980 and 300 series.
