Garage Door Bottom Seal for Single Channel Garages

Our garage door bottom seal is designed specifically for single channel garage doors. It is recommended that the p-bulb track width be greater than 0.19''. The gap underneath should be less than 0.15''. For other P bulb seals, they are different and unsuitable. Be sure to carefully examine the product images to distinguish.

This garage door bottom seal is crafted from high-quality synthetic rubber, providing strong elasticity which allows it to bounce back to its original shape. Compared to vinyl, rubber is more durable and withstands tearing better. The weather strip is wear-resistant, weatherproof, and anti-aging, ensuring long-lasting performance.

Super Sealing Effect

The door seal is installed at the bottom of the garage door, creating a tight connection without gaps. The seal effectively blocks rain, dust, and fallen leaves from entering the garage. Additionally, it provides noise isolation, heat preservation, and keeps the space clean.

Single Channel Design

The seal features a P-shaped design that securely attaches to the single channel bottom anchor on the garage door. Despite its robust construction, the garage door strip is highly weather-resistant and can withstand severe storms and extreme temperatures from -40°F to 240°F.

Easy to Install

Installation is straightforward and can be completed by two people. One person guides the seal into the rail, while the other assists in placing it. The seal can be easily adjusted to the correct length by cutting it if needed. For a smoother installation, you may use soapy water to aid the process.

Warm Tips

When installing, if the seal is not flat or does not stay round, soak it in water at 70°C or above for 5-10 minutes. Additionally, you can add foam to the P Bulb to help it maintain its round shape.
